Time literacy refers to a person's ability to understand and manage time effectively in relation to their priorities, commitments, available resources, and personal needs. This concept represents a strengths-based approach that recognizes and values individuals' unique identities and cognitive processes, positioning these characteristics as valuable assets upon which people can build further skills.

FORMER STUDENTS
Jack, Senior
“I’m going to be able to apply it to the rest of my school here, as well as the rest of my life hopefully. I feel like I was really able to get a lot from the course. It truly changed the trajectory of my experience as a student at UMass.”

Mari, Junior
“I have ADHD and I feel like the modules helped me and comforted me with the fact that even though my brain doesn't work like everyone else's, I can still approach things in a way that works for me. I was always very all over the place and doing assignments last second, and now I feel like I understand my time better.”
Vera, sophomore
“I find myself a lot less overwhelmed throughout the week. Because I know it’s coming up, and I think I’ve just learned how to properly space out my study times. It lessened my anxiety, and made me actually, like, excited and happy to do my homework and to learn. Because that’s what I’m here for.”
